3 Great Questions

We might have split up from a partner or lost our job, we might feel like we are having a mid-life crisis. At some point most people ask themselves 3 big questions:
Where am I going in life? And why does it feel like something is missing?
Why am I feeling lost? And which direction should I be heading in?
Why is this happening to me? And what is my life meant to be about?
This leads to another question - who can help me to help myself?
The Skillful Habits framework and books are designed to help you to answer those questions for yourself. They are intended to help you to help yourself.

It takes an average of 66 days for a person to change a habit – shorter for some and longer for others. So you cannot change many habits at once.
